1. Take in the emotions that come with disappointment. Allow yourself to feel what you feel. It is normal to have emotions!

2. Let the disappointment spark your motivation. How are you going to assure this won't happen to you again?

3. Organize your thoughts. What is your plan moving forward? Write down your goals on how to get there.

4. Use your support system. Lean on those people in your life that love and care about you. Don't be scared to ask for advice.
