It is no secret, I love stocks because it is exciting to own a part of a company I am obsessed with.

Real estate, however, is a weird one for me. I appreciate real estate but it requires such a high starting cost whereas stocks do not require much money to get started. 

For instance, I do not have to borrow money to get started in the stock market which means I do not owe anyone any cash to get in. Honestly, risking your own money is quite exillerating and I recommend getting a little reckless.

I am not a fan of the Reddit traders who pump up really shitty stocks and I have been very outspoken about this for a while now. 

The best way to beat these fools at their own game is to watch what they are pumping "to the moon" and bet against it using put option contracts.

These are three of my favorite pot stocks to bet against in the current market. Aurora Cannabis, Hexo, and Sundial Growers are pretty heavily shorted which is one of the reasons I have stacked up a decent amount of put contracts against them. However, I still have a call contract or two to back my ass up in the event all of the millennials decide to pump up these stocks like the fools they are.

You all know that I am a huge fan of the stock market, real estate, gold and crypto, but I feel it is important for me to explain why I love these things. 

The reason these are prized asset categories to me is because the potential cash flow you can get from them, passively and actively, is incredibly huge.
