Michael is the Founder and Managing Director of OC National Search that has been completing leadership searches since 2001. He is also the Program Chair for the Association of Corporate Growth Denver.  Michael is the Board Chair for the Post 1 Foundation, a Veteran nonprofit he formed in 2014 to lead the capital campaign for the renovations of VFW Post 1’s Veteran Community Center.  Michael served as Executive Director of VFW Post 1 from 2013-2016 during which time the historic first VFW post was named Small Nonprofit of the Year, and launched several innovative programs such as the Veterans Arts Council.  In 2022, the Post 1 Foundation achieved $2M in funds raised for the capital campaign.
