For the second episode of the season, we were joined by coach, author and speaker Michael S. Seaver to talk about his passion for coaching. Growing up in a West Michigan town and working for his Grandad’s business, he felt suppressed and felt that he had a greater calling than what he was doing at the time. That calling was in Arizona, where he attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management and how the school brought his life’s mission to light. Since then, he has coached many business executives, found his mission to unlock human potential, and released his book “I Know: A Practical Guide for Awakening to What’s Within and Finding Work-Life Integration.” In this episode, Michael spoke to Hamish about why he felt suppressed during his early years, how we tackle pre-set narratives, and whether some people or businesses are uncoachable.
