  • Episode 40: Stealth Season

In this week’s episode, I explore what it means to enter a stealth season a time when healing is no longer something we perform, explain, or seek validation for, but something we quietly protect.

I talk about the power of withdrawing our energy from people, places, and dynamics that keep us tethered to old versions of ourselves. Instead of defending our choices or trying to be understood, we begin investing that energy where it belongs: in rebuilding our own lives.

I also explore the uncomfortable middle, the cocoon phase, where we may feel hidden, tired, uncertain, or even invisible. It’s a season that can feel lonely, but it is often where our deepest transformation takes place.

This episode is about moving in the shadows, reclaiming your narrative, and trusting that not every season of growth needs an audience. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is disappear long enough to become someone your old life can no longer contain.

  • Episode 39: When Boundaries Have Consequences

In this week’s episode, I talk about a boundary that has become non-negotiable for me: I no longer stay in relationship with people who continue to enable, excuse, or maintain close relationships with those who have caused significant harm.

This isn’t about punishment or asking people to choose sides. It’s about recognizing that the company we keep reflects the values we are willing to stand beside.

I explore how healing has changed my boundaries, why protecting our peace sometimes means letting go of more than one relationship, and why choosing ourselves can require difficult decisions.

This episode is about integrity, discernment, and accepting that healthy boundaries often have real consequences.

  • Episode 38: Bonus Chat- Absolutely NOT!

In this bonus episode, I talk about connecting with the part of myself that had become exhausted from tolerating things just to stay in connection.

The part that had spent years adapting, accommodating, overlooking, and enduring because losing connection once felt harder than losing pieces of myself.

Through a recent chaotic experience, I finally saw her clearly, and instead of asking her to tolerate one more thing, I listened.

What looked like chaos on the outside became part of a healing process on the inside. I was able to show this part of myself that she no longer has to endure what hurts just to keep someone close.

This episode is about the exhaustion of self-abandonment, the parts of us that learned to tolerate too much, and the healing that happens when we finally prove to ourselves: connection no longer requires our suffering.

  • Episode 37: Healthy Relating

In this week’s episode, I talk about what healthy relating looks like when chaos is still part of your relationship blueprint.

I share a recent experience where I could see the old patterns happening in real time, the attraction to chaos, the familiar pull toward what I already knew, and how, this time, I chose differently.

But what surprised me most was the grief that came afterward.

I realized I wasn’t actually grieving the relationship or even the loss of the rink. I was grieving the version of myself who once accepted chaos as normal. The version of me who would have stayed, adapted, explained, and made room for things that I no longer have room for.

Healing doesn’t necessarily mean the old blueprint disappears. Sometimes it means you can finally recognize it while it’s happening, and choose something different anyway.

This episode is about healthy relating, familiar chaos, changing our patterns in real time, and the strange grief that can come with outgrowing who we once had to be.

  • Episode 36: The Battle Inside My Mind

In this week’s episode, I open up about my experience with Relationship OCD (ROCD), the intrusive thoughts, relentless doubt, shame, and guilt that can make relationships feel overwhelming.

I share what it has looked like in my own life and the exhausting mental loops that can leave you questioning your thoughts, your feelings, and yourself.

This is a deeply personal conversation about the invisible nature of ROCD, the emotional weight of living with intrusive thoughts, and the compassion that becomes possible when we stop judging ourselves for the things we never wanted to think in the first place.

Whether you’ve experienced Relationship OCD yourself or simply want to better understand what it feels like, I hope this episode brings language, understanding, and a little less shame to something so often carried in silence.

  • Episode 35: The Time Capsule Version of Yourself

In this week’s episode, I explore the version of ourselves that gets trapped in time, the self that learned to survive, fawn, appease, and abandon its own truth just to keep relationships intact.

I share how some of my biggest decisions, including buying a bed and even a house, were driven not by what I wanted, but by an attempt to quiet someone else’s needs and keep the peace. Looking back, they became some of the clearest examples of how deeply fawning had shaped my life.

As we heal, that old version of ourselves can no longer lead. The relationships, patterns, and identities that once kept us safe often have to move out of the way so something more authentic can emerge.

This episode is about fawning, self-abandonment, and the courage it takes to let the time capsule version of yourself remain in the past while you begin living from who you are today.

  • Episode 34: The 3 Pillars of Capacity

In this week’s episode, I talk about the three pillars of capacity: financial, physical, and emotional.

I explore how wanting something is not always the same as having the capacity for it, and why so much wisdom lives in being honest about what season we are actually in. I use the example of wanting a poodle—because my dream capacity says yes, but recognizing that my current capacity needs a couch potato.

This episode is about self-awareness, discernment, and learning to make choices based not just on desire, but on what we can truly sustain. A conversation about honoring the difference between fantasy and reality, and building a life that fits our real capacity.

  • Episode 33: Sitting with yourself

In this week’s episode, I talk about what comes up when we actually sit with ourselves. The recurring themes. The thoughts we keep circling. The feelings waiting underneath the noise. And the honest question of whether we are truly making time for ourselves at all.

I explore what self-connection can reveal when we slow down enough to listen, and I share a simple exercise of writing first thing in the morning to see what naturally rises to the surface before the world gets hold of us.

This episode is about presence, self-reflection, and learning to pay attention to the patterns that keep asking for our attention.

  • Epsidoe 32: The Bare Minimum

In this week’s episode, I talk about the bare minimum and how healing changes our ability to see it, and how what once felt normal can start to reveal itself as emotional manipulation, low effort, or a profound lack of emotional availability.

I share examples from my own life and how, as I healed, certain friendships began to fall away because people could no longer meet me emotionally. What I once tolerated, explained away, or worked around became impossible to ignore.

This episode is about what happens when healing raises the standard, sharpens discernment, and makes the bare minimum feel undeniable. A conversation about emotional manipulation, friendship, self-trust, and the grief that can come when healing changes who still fits in your life.

  • Episode 31: The Remnants of Narcissistic Abuse

In this episode, I talk about the remnants of narcissistic abuse—the ways it can linger long after the relationship or dynamic has ended.

I explore what gets left behind: self-doubt, hypervigilance, confusion, internalized blame, difficulty trusting ourselves, and the exhausting habit of overexplaining, appeasing, or questioning what we know. I talk about how this kind of abuse does not just wound in the moment, but can reshape the nervous system, relationships, and sense of self.

This episode is about what remains, what it costs, and what it means to begin naming those remnants for what they are.
