Mental Health Matters: A Conversation with Vita Health and Brentwood Men’s Shed

We were joined by the brilliant Tracey Johnson from Vita Health Group, NHS Talking Therapies, to talk about the importance of looking after our mental health and where to turn for help and support.

Also joining us was our marvellous guest Robin Maillard from the Brentwood Men’s Shed—a fantastic local initiative based at Doddinghurst Road Church (yes, it’s the shed right by the church!). The Men’s Shed is a welcoming space where men can come together to chat, share stories, make new friends, and support one another.

Whether you’re retired, recently divorced, or simply feeling isolated, the Men’s Shed offers a safe, friendly place to enjoy a cuppa, a biscuit, and a good conversation.

Rising British Indie-Folk duo Jack & Daisy are set to make their mark on the global music scene with the release of their highly anticipated debut EP, Barcelona (In The Rear View), to be released via Bay Street Records.

The EP was produced by legendary Eurythmics co-founder Dave Stewart, who discovered Jack & Daisy in 2024.

Stewart also co-wrote and performed on two of the EP’s tracks, bringing his distinctive touch to the duo’s already compelling sound.

Renowned Rolling Stones producer Chris Kimsey also contributed to earlier sessions with Jack & Daisy, further cementing their status as rising stars to watch.
