In fact, Michelle believes that the businesses that are surviving or even thriving through COVID-19 are the ones that have built strong brands.
In order to create a strong brand, there are has to be a sense of community. One of the things that Michelle Wintersteen strongly recommends businesses owner to do is create a Facebook group.
There are no other social media platforms where you can directly interact with your audience like Facebook. Just don't be too "sellsy" when using it.
