The Wolverines were one out away from an important sweep in front of a packed house Sunday but the final out proved to be elusive and the rival Buckeyes stole the game. The Late loss does not take away from a great weekend that saw heroics from C Jimmy Obertop (Game tying 2 out 9th inning homer Friday), CF Joe Stewart (3 Home runs including Back to back Grand Slams with 11 rbi Saturday) and RF Clark Elliott ( Game winning hit in extras Friday). The team continues to catch the ball with Matt Frey leading the way at 3B. Meanwhile, Starting pitchers Cam Weston, Chase Allen and Connor O'Halloran are leading the way while Jacob Denner and Noah Rennard are closing out games. Michigan continues to win series and remains alive to capture the Big 10 Championship.
