    About Rozie’s Foods
The story of Rozie's RelSa began in the year 2000. Rozie lives in a small community called "Suomi Location," four miles south of Palmer in the beautiful Upper Peninsula. She lives on what is referred to as a "40;" in other words, lots of garden space. She has always had a passion for gardening and canning. One day she wondered how certain veggies and spices would taste if blended together. Instead of cucumbers, Rozie used peppers as her base vegetable, and her first product -- RelSa -- was born. Rozie discovered that RelSa made everything taste better, from tuna fish sandwiches to salmon to pasties to steaks and even pizza. Her food went from good to great.

Steve is an innovation expert and thought leader - and his FAST model for innovation is a terrific tool for improving your innovation processes.
FAST is a four-step process consisting of FOCUS, ASK, SHIFT, and TEST. The shortest definition of these steps are: Innovate where you differentiate, Ask the right questions, Expertise is the enemy of innovation & Don’t fail, experiment.

Chris Holman catches up once again with TODD McCRACKEN, President, NSBA, National Small Business Association, Washington D.C.. Chris looked to Todd to get perspective on how the rest of the nation was fairing through COVID.
It varies but we’re all in a recession. 5 million businesses got assistance through the federal programs, questions remain on whether a next round of assistance will be coming from national sources. Consensus building is tough different ideas are out there, but it is noise so far but not action.

  • Albert "Bert" Herzog | Investment Strategies in a Post-COVID World
Chris Holman catches up with Bert Herzog Executive Wealth Management of Brighton, MI (HQ); also has offices in Northville, Ludington and Jackson, MI, to discuss:
If you are a boomer looking toward retirement in the next 2-10 years,
it is time to get your retirement investment strategy out of the stock market.
Despite recent increases, the market is still being propped up by 5-10 high profile stocks and those investors who have 70%-80% of their portfolio in stocks could be looking at retiring at least five years later if they don’t make an investment correction NOW. It’s time to get risk off the table.
As we move toward a Post-COVID world, don’t be fooled because of the current apparent market increases. The third and fourth quarters are going to be different. It’s potentially a “dead-cat bounce” and if you’re younger, you can ride this out. If you’re 60 or older, your retirement investments probably won’t withstand the volatility.
There is no downside to taking risk “off the table.”
