Dale D & Sara E Huber comprise the principals. Dale holds a real estate Broker’s license and has been a Realtor since 2004. The Hubers bought their first investment property in Lansing in 2004.

Both are Michigan natives: Dale was born and raised in northern Michigan and Sara was born and raised in the Greater Lansing area and attended Michigan State University. Since 2003, Dale and

April 2nd, exceptional Latino Caregivers from McLaren and Sparrow Hospitals will receive the “2018 Outstanding Latino Caregiver Award.” This annual event is an opportunity to publicly recognize individual Latino Caregivers for the significant differences they make in patients' lives and for their extraordinary service at each local hospital. The award recipients were nominated by their co-workers or patients and chosen by joint committees from the hospitals and the Lansing Latino Health Alliance. Sparrow's 2018 recipient is Karen Rodriguez.

In this track is an interview with Karen followed by the opening of the awards celebration at the Hannah Community Center of East Lansing, MI.
