Dr. Edwards also worked at Chrysler Engine Design on a global engine program - winning one of Ward’s AutoWorld Ten (10) Best Engines. He led change in Chrysler’s Advance Manufacturing Engineering. There, Dr. Edwards’s Lean Manufacturing SWAT teams quickly identified manufacturing issues & implement solutions across North America. Dr. Edwards instructed all levels of personnel in process improvements, and “Trained the Trainers”. He acquired his Professional Engineering (PE) License, & Project Management Professional (PMP). In 2011 he joined Oakland University’s Industrial, Systems, & Engineering Management staff. Dr. Edwards' research is "Optimizing Production Efficiencies in Downtime Events."

Dana Cavalea is the former head trainer for the New York Yankees and has the opportunity to work with some of the greatest athletes in the world including Alex Rodriguez, Derek Jeter, Mariano Rivera, Andy Pettitte, Justin Verlander, and more.
