Ajit Pai, the current FCC chair wants to scrap the open internet protections that were established in 2015. In response, a plethora of tech giants such as Amazon, Reddit, Facebook and Google (among many others) have planned a “day of action” displaying alerts on their homepages detailing what the Internet may look like without net neutrality.
