It has a new starting location: Flint & Genesee Convention and Visitors Bureau, 519 S. Saginaw St., Flint. Jeffrey Mosher speaks with Dr. Ronald Voice, a cardiologist with Sparrow Thoracic and Cardiovascular Institute (TCI). Sparrow Health System Lansing, MI. The Sparrow Herbert-Herman Cancer Center will have a neighbor at the newly opened location on Michigan Avenue. The Sparrow Thoracic and Cardiovascular Institute, or TCI, is consolidating its offices and moving into the building. TCI already offers full-service heart and vascular care, with highly trained physicians and groundbreaking cardiac research. The move just adds to TCI’s reputation as the leading cardiovascular practice in the mid-Michigan region.
