Mick and Amanda Astill, owners of Astill's Electrical Services, are the winners of the 2019 Medium Employer of the Year Award. They talk with Scott Cam about the value that VET can provide to businesses of all sizes.

Astill's Electrical Services started from a small home office in Wondai and hired their first apprentice after three months. The business has kept growing and growing, now well established in Kingaroy with over 20 staff, and VET training is a key part of their business.
