A Valentine's special, as I am joined by legendary former Pools skipper Micky Barron to talk about his time at the club - from the time he nearly signed for Darlington (before signing for Pools!), to playing as a sweeper at centre-back, being knocked out at Bristol City and everything about THAT day at Cardiff in 2005.

Micky also speaks about moving into coaching and why management isn't for him, and we chat about the current squad's recent results - including the latest defeat at York.
