A Valentine's special, as I am joined by legendary former Pools skipper Micky Barron to talk about his time at the club - from the time he nearly signed for Darlington (before signing for Pools!), to playing as a sweeper at centre-back, being knocked out at Bristol City and everything about THAT day at Cardiff in 2005.

Micky also speaks about moving into coaching and why management isn't for him, and we chat about the current squad's recent results - including the latest defeat at York.

This week, I'm joined by Kieran Gill - the Daily Mail's Chelsea correspondent and born-and-bred Poolie - for a chat about the club. From following them home and away during the 2000s, to following them from afar in the here and now, and everything in between, Kieran and I reminisce about good times gone by, and what the future could hold.

The two play-off finals and Palace away in 2022 are discussed - as is taking his one-year-old son to his first Pools game at Ebbsfleet - and Kieran gives his view on the well-publicised ban on members of the media in the first half of the season.

Happy Halloween! For my third Special episode, I am joined by ex-Pools player Tommy Miller to delve into his career at the club - from his beginnings in the youth team, Tommy established himself as the first name on the team sheet at the beginning of the Chris Turner era in Division Three. He speaks about his rise through the ranks and his personal milestones, such as his first goal, his only hat-trick for the club, and the heartbreak of two successive play-off defeats in the early 2000s. A word too on his return to the club in 2014, and his ambitions to return to management in the future.
