While it's easy to think about psychedelics as something you buy in the parking lot of a Phish concert but studies are showing that small amounts of certain types of psychedelics are helping to treat issues like depression and bi polar disorder. There is also a nice chunk of chat about psychology in joke writing and the weird places innovation can sometimes take things.
