Don't beat yourself up if you've been inconsistent with daily content, you aren't the only one. You can start fresh today.

Commit to putting out good content, and don't worry if you don't see results on the first day. You probably won't see results right away, but you'll be surprised at what will happen after even one month of consistent posting.

Don’t be hard on yourself it’s a bit of a mental game – you may not get the traction from it in the first month so MAKE it Fun and JUST know YOU are HELPING people.

If we tell ourselves this it can alleviate some of the pressure we tend to put on ourselves.... consistent content creation does work and it also helps create your voice. Working on our business with passive action things for instance taking courses is passive action you are hustling but you’re not producing anything and you’re not going to get any traction.

If you’re not producing something that can give you a result that will help you build upon that so that you get more clients then look closer at it.
