Between 0-7 years of age we were considered emotional Beings

Between 7-14 we are becoming mental beings, going to school, developing our brain faster, learning etc

Between 14-21 we are going into puberty and developing physically at a faster rate and becoming "men"/"women" (non binary included)

And much of our full development of our brain isn't complete until age 30

That gives us a TON of time to create mental blocks, become emotionally shut down and physically hold on to trauma (body keeps the score)

So we can't heal over night

And we can't heal alone yet, where do we start????

Given the mental/physical AND emotional stuff?

Microdosing may help, but do you really know how to work with sacred plants on your own?

When I started microdosing with psilocybin, I was very lost I had no support and was doing it all on my own

It was scary

And even though I bought it from a reputable source, there wasn't any structure or guidance on what happens with "stuff" came up

Or what to do while I was still addicted to alcohol So, I gave up on that And still had health goals that could have benefitted from microdosing What was I missing? Besides structure?

ACCOUNTABILITY AND COMMUNITY

Over the past year I have coached many people with microdosing 1-1 30 day jumpstart programs and seen so many lives changed for the better

But something was still missing from that

So I offered up a group program with 6 participants

And saw what community brought out for one another It was life changing

And so rewarding to see the collective group come together and support one another

So I decided to create something that I have not seen out there yet

A microdosing & plant medicine online (and in person) community

My vision is to have 1000 people inside of this community of like minded consciousness seekers who are wanting to remember who they TRULY are
