Frank King is a Suicide Prevention Speaker, a writer for The Tonight Show for 20 years, and a standup comedian and full-time speaker for 37 years. He has battled Depression and Chronic Suicidality throughout his life, turning his experiences into 12 TEDx Talks on Mental Health Awareness—an achievement surpassed only by Bill Gates.
With a family history of depression and suicide, Frank has faced suicidal thoughts more times than he can count, even coming close enough to describe the taste of a gun barrel. Through his life lessons, he starts conversations that allow others to express their feelings and experiences openly.

Amy Arends is a dedicated Holistic Wellness professional with a diverse expertise, including certification as a Mental Wellness Life Coach, Energy Worker, and Healing Campout Facilitator.
Her passion for guiding others toward optimal well-being is deeply personal, stemming from the life-changing experience of losing her mother to suicide at 21.
Without much direction, she found ways through essential oils, energy healing, cleaner house cleaning supplies, gut health and more to heal and also honor her mother's life
But she knew she wasn't done with her healing of this deep loss (that also ran in the family)
Last year, she came to myself and Emmanuel to heal at a deeper level connected her to the ancestral trauma that suicide brought to her family. Many don't know how to heal this at the ancestral level, and we taught her how!
Her pain became her passion and she is now more and more on fire for her life, her career and serving others.
She is an example of our mission - to break the generational cycles of trauma that "run in the family" and shine your light on the other side

In honor of recovery awareness month (also suicide awareness month), we are talking about sobriety, mental health and plant medicine with Natalie Lang.

What is Amazonian Hapé (Rapé)?
Rapé is the preparation of powdered medicinal herbs, often with a tobacco base. Hapé is typically made with mapacho – Hapé elicits a feeling of alertness and elevation that surpasses most other natural plant-based effects.
The effects of hapé are experienced rapidly and intensely because the powdered snuff is administered through the nose.
