As we sat at the start of the European Divide Trail we met Anna. She happened to be in the same place, at the same time doing the same trail. About half an hour later we started cycling south and about 3 months later Anna and I now great friends arrived in the opposite corner of Europe.

Max was the only person I could find crazy enough to join me bikepacking the European Divide Trail. He came with me to the start and stayed for the first three weeks, through Norway, Finland and into Sweden.
