Episode 44 - Life caught up and we were busy trying not to get swept away, but the spectre of shitty customer service is an ever-present facet of the Singapore experience. Is it because we don't give a shit when we do our jobs? Or are we just terrible customers to begin with? As we explore numerous incidents over the past couple of weeks, we try to sort out what the hell is wrong with Singapore's notorious customer service rep.

Episode 43 - With the Olympics behind us, it's finally time to talk about it. From the bleak backdrop of COVID, to the PR gaffes during the opening ceremony and a passionate discussion about Joseph Schooling's performance, we talk about everything EXCEPT the actual sports themselves.

Note: This episode is a collection of Olympic-related content from numerous recordings. It just felt better together, but the transitions might be a lil off so just ignore them like that creepy uncle at the annual family reunion.

Episode 42 - In the teaser, we asked ourselves if we would fire our employee if they keng-ed from work in order to attend a football match.

After resolving that conundrum, we explored why Singaporeans seem salty when they see a local entrepreneur buy a Gold Class Bungalow(GCBs). If you know what ELSE that acronym stands for... then you have spent too much of your life in EDMW or Reddit ok.

Along the way, Ivan reveals his despise for some local businesses despite running one for years himself(hypocrite) and our resident non-billionaire, Charles, scratches his head wondering why some siblings were squabbling over a $3million inheritance. 

"Not worth my time,"  says the co-host who has nothing to his name.

Elsewhere, Iceland releases the details of an experiment with the 4-day work week, to tremendously positive results - we run the gamut of excuses that this idea will face in Singapore.

Episode #42 Teaser - The reason this teaser exists is because we have run out of space on our podcast host for the month of July and this is all we can put out while we wait for the new monthly cycle :)

Episode 41 - Okay so the first story isn't a person per se, but the title was too good to change so here we go~

Without much fanfare or media coverage, Grab has started the Human Replacement Project. When was the last time you've seen Grab do anything low profile? Yes. Prepare to be replaced.

In our 2nd segment, a dad loses his shit when his daughters return their rental bikes late and are made to pay the late fee. We break down his misguided anger and try to figure out why he was so ragey.

For our main topic, my ex-convict of a cohost regales us with tales of his arrest when he got caught for drink driving and we compare his experience with the story of a man who claimed that he was a victim of police brutality.

I've always wanted an ex-con on the show, but WHO KNEW WE ALREADY HAD ONE.

Episode #40 - This is the episode of the despicables. 

Ng Yu Zhi is Singapore's most successful fraudster. Clearing the billion dollar mark and claiming victims such as the former president of the law society and numerous venture capital vultures, he is clearly head and shoulders above all prior scammers. We share our own experiences and delve into the scammers' modus operandi. If you wanna know how not to be taken for a ride by one of these jokers, then you need to check this conversation out.

Speaking of fraudsters, our country finally has a representative of the E-Sports community try to match fix! E-sports has been trying for years to be considered a REAL sport, and if match-fixing doesn't legitimize you, nothing will.

Elsewhere, on the crazy streets of Singapore, a petty driver fires laser beams at road hogging drivers while tailgating them.  Yes. You read that right.

For our main discussion, we examine the Black Belt Clan and their despicable marketing campaign - exploiting the social stigma of ITE students to peddle their mediocre English courses.

Episode #39b - Even though Government only recently decided to dish out fines, the Tray Return Campaign Initiative was actually launched way back in 2013! After nearly a decade of half-assing it with the carrot and trying to guilt trip the population into being civic minded, NEA decided that it was time to whip out the stick and fine our asses for being such sloppy eaters.

The deeper we got into this topic the more questions we had:
- What are the lanjiao excuses Singaporeans give for not clearing their trays?
- Why is our Govt so cb to fine us for everything?
- Why is this the only thing they know how to do?
- How successful has previous national campaigns been?
- Does clearing your own mess make you a better human being, really?

Episode 39a - We're splitting this episode up because we're trying to maximize our hosting plan without pay extra. #BrokeAsses.

In this 1st part, we discuss the farcical claims of Singapore's 2 most notorious anti-maskers - a Brit who is most likely going to jail for "something he doesn't believe in" and the now-legendary Badge Lady.

We then re-examined our faith in the justice system when we discovered that Parti Liyani's application for compensation against the AGC for their comical handling of her case a year ago.
