A Bord na Móna worker is speaking out about the uncertainty caused by the threat of further legal action against the company.
Friends of the Irish Environment claims Bord na Móna must secure planning permission before it can use the 950,000 tonnes of milled peat it has stockpiled.
Should the environmental group secure a temporary court order, Bord na Móna's last peat operations could be forced to shut down within weeks.
