It's ironic that although the quality of our lives is predominantly composed of us making decisions relating to our work and relationships, we give little thought as to how we arrive at these decisions.
In fact, our decision-making processes often lack rituals or procedures.
This can be particularly dangerous if we're making decisions within a group, as ethical considerations may be ignored in pursuit of a quick, 'unanimous' decision.
