Do you ever feel like your mind is running a marathon while your body is stuck in place? If every decision, (even sometimes the small ones) requires endless research, pros-and-cons lists, or asking everyone for advice… and you still can't choose, this episode is for you.
Today we're diving into the pattern that keeps so many spiritual midlife women spinning, stuck, and drained: overthinking.
We'll break down why the advice you've been given like "just think positively" or "make a pros-and-cons list" actually keeps you trapped. And, as always, we'll tie this back to the physical and emotional symptoms you feel as you transition through menopause and beyond.
By the end of this episode, you'll understand the real cost of staying stuck in overthinking, the possibilities that open up when you shift from endless analysis to intuitive action, and exactly what to do to get out of it.
You'll discover:
The key thing to take away from this episode is that overthinking isn't a character flaw - it's a nervous system pattern trying to keep you safe. But the safety it promises is an illusion that costs you your energy, confidence, and connection to yourself. When you shift your focus from endless analysis to intuitive, body-based action, you reclaim your time, energy, and trust in yourself.

We all know that our hormones shift during menopause, but what if there's also something changing that's much deeper? In this episode, we uncover the hidden spiritual purpose behind the physical symptoms.
What if those hot flashes, restless nights, and waves of emotion aren’t just symptoms, but signals… calling you back into alignment with your soul?
There's a reason why some of those symptoms just seem to hang on no matter what you do - there's a spiritual or emotional connection to them that hasn't been resolved.
In this episode, we'll walk through some examples of how this works, what's actually happening in the body physiologically when there's something spiritual or emotional that needs to shift.

Some women think peri-menopause symptoms are purely a physical problem. They're wrong.
Of course, many symptoms manifest as physical ones. But what if the physical symptoms are actually fuelled by something deeper…like a hidden societal norm that keeps many women living in overdrive?
In this episode, we get into this hidden conditioning. We're talking about the concept of masculine and feminine energies. It's not a new concept, but no one has linked it to menopause symptoms. That’s exactly what we do in this episode.
These energies are not about gender, but about the two forces we all carry within us. The problem is, when they are out of balance, we feel stressed, and eventually, physical symptoms.
Here’s the problem: Western culture celebrates the masculine — the doing, the achieving, the logic, the linear — and devalues the feminine — the being, the feeling, the creating, the cyclical. After decades of running on masculine overdrive, midlife and menopause hit like a wall.
We’ll show you how the imbalance between these energies is at the root of so many midlife struggles, and how reclaiming your feminine side can actually ease symptoms, restore balance, and reignite your fire.

If you feel like you're going crazy...like, with midlife irritability that you know isn't "you", or even rage events that are nonsensical - this episode is for you.
A friend recently said to me, "I felt like I was going crazy...I literally felt like someone had taken over my brain. I wasn't acting like myself and I couldn't control it".
This is the side of menopause that people joke about, "my mother is going crazy". It's actually a horrible, out-of-control feeling if you're going through it. And, a shameful kind of feeling.
Honestly, menopause is a reckoning.
There is rage at the smallest injustice, grief for the empty nest, identity shifts, and existential questions that we're dealing with in addition to all the physical symptoms.
And what's worse, if you don't deal with them, you won't get rid of your physical symptoms.
Body-focused medical systems we have in the Western world do not offer ANY support for the emotional symptoms of peri-menopause. In fact, they don't even acknowledge them.
So, we're going to bring these things to the light. Today, we're digging into the emotional and spiritual symptoms of midlife, that make it feel impossible to get through it with grace.
If you want a truly holistic approach to get through peri-menopause with ease...

I hate to tell you - it's not your situation, and it's not your fault.
The reason the chaos and stress comes to a head in your 40's is because the drop in sex hormones fuels bigger cortisol spikes in your body. So you FEEL more stressed and busy than ever.
And if you don't address it, you'll be stuck with menopause symptoms, autoimmune disorders, and memory loss as you age.
'Cause there's one thing we've learned about menopause...If you don't get out of the "rushing woman syndrome" and learn to prioritize yourself, all the supplements and diets in the world won't fix your symptoms.
Maybe you know you’re part of the reason for the busyness—but you can’t seem to stop yourself. Maybe you’re holding so many pieces together that you’re terrified of dropping a ball.
In this episode, we’re going to uncover the hidden mistakes that feed the busy-ness, explore how subconscious patterns keep you stuck in overdrive, and reveal the surprising patterns that are stealing your time, energy, and peace.
