From starting out as an attorney in the foster care system, Shane talks with Kim this week about her experiences with career burnout, how her mom's end-of-life situation affected her life path and lessons learned, and her fun fitness "side job!"

Martina Gruppo is a courageous woman. She talks with Kim this week about how she lowered her boundaries so much that she became the victim of a narcissistic abuser. For eleven years, she gave everything and received nothing in return until she started realizing what she needed to do.
She also talks about literally seeing the light inside of her being switched back on and the three steps she used to bring her back to a place of healing and dancing in her own kitchen whenever she feels like it.

He and his wife found themselves $90k in debt in 2019 and realized it was time to "own it" and get a way out. He shares what they did and how he came to find peace in his daily life and so much more. 

Robert now helps others climb the accountability mountain through a book he co-wrote called "Nobody Cares (until you do)" and related website. He offers an online community and other resources to help you find your own peace through accountability.

As we navigate midlife, we learn to listen to our intuition or that "gut feeling" more than we used to. Jennifer Johnson is an ER nurse who has learned how to listen to that intuition in her career and in her life. She talks with Kim about her experiences with bullying, using her intuition, and relationships with doctors, nurses and patients. The lessons she has learned are useful for anyone even if you are not a nurse.

Life is full of transitions, especially in our relationships, and Sharon Costanzo experienced her fair share. She talks with Kim today about the courage she found to tell her husband she was not going to keep going the way things were.

She also offers some great insight into how to work through the conflict created by transitions such as empty nest and retirement. Sharon wants us to realize that it's ok to want something different and helps navigate how to do that with your partner.

Although she looks much younger, Kyleigh Weathers is a 41 year old woman who has made a lot of choices in her life. She says it best (from her website) as she describes her journey: A Mormon missionary in Argentina one moment and home 6 months later because lesbians gonna lesbian. From U-Hauls in Utah, to RV’s in Georgia. 7 acres in Idaho to a 2 bedroom in Kansas, Kyleigh’s attachment spiral is a hell of a ride. 

This week she talks with Kim about her journey of self-abandonment and attachment trauma. This is an important episode for anyone to hear.
