In episode 33 of Midnight Ghost Stories, you will hear about the haunting of the Ammons family in 2011. Latoya, her mother and her three children all claimed to have experienced paranormal and demonic activity in their home in Gary, Indiana. Since then, the case has also been called Demon House and 200 Demons House. What sparked my interest to tell this story was the recent release of the movie The Deliverance, which was based on this family's story. In episode 31 of Midnight Ghost Stories, you will hear about mimic spirits. Have you ever heard someone speak to you that sounded like someone you know but it wasn't them, or even creepier, sounded like your own voice? This is called a mimic spirit, which to my understanding is when a spirit mimics you or someone you know, and apparently you should never acknowledge it. The Paramount Theatre in downtown Austin, Texas is over 100 years old and is a place where many famous people have performed like Katharine Hepburn, Orson Welles and Harry Houdini. But there have been some stories about hauntings at this theatre, once named The Majestic when it opened back in 1915. Please share your stories at [email protected]
