We worship Jesus and center our lives around Jesus because He is not just a messenger of God, but He is God. Through Him, all things are created and sustained. He is the head of the church, God’s family, and He has come to reconcile us to God and to one another.

Throughout history, people have looked for God in pursuit of knowledge, of a moral center, for strength in coping with the difficulties of life, and for redemption from our brokenness. That God, who has seemed invisible, revealed Himself in the flesh in Jesus two thousand years ago, and God reveals Himself today through that same Jesus who is living in all believers.
