There are actually a lot of murder cases that take place in the midwest, and since I'm a true crime fan as well as a midwestern citizen, I decided to combine the two into a podcast episode.
Today, I'm covering the St. Louis Jane Doe case. It's a pretty gruesome and sad story, so please be aware of that before pressing play.

This is a shorter episode, but I wanted to talk about my experience with therapy this semester and how everything has done. I have had a lot of time to reflect and I recommend anyone that has even considered therapy to give it a shot!
This is one of two episodes I created this week to make up for not having an episode last week! ENJOY :)

This is one of two episodes for this week to make up for not having anything last week! This one talks about my weird relationship and feelings toward authority, policies, and systems.
Enjoy!
