She is the National Dean for the College of Obstetrics  and the President of the Peruvian Midwife Association. She is speaking  on the state of midwifery in Peru during the Covid19 pandemic The episode is translated by: Sandra Oyarzo Torres, who is the Vice President of the International Confederation of Midwives (ICM), and is the first to Represent South America with the ICM.
