What can be learned by understanding their list of concerns?  Do you have simliar concerns and what is your plan for addressing those concerns?

This was a great conversation that closed out 2015. Could you think of a better way to exit the year than discussing  what we have accomplished and the challenges that made some projects more difficult to achieve.....  The challenges we face when fully understood will allow us to consider and employ some  useful tools and  ultimately make our resolutions work.

Recently various city officials in Chicago effectiveness as leaders have been questioned once a judge ordered the release of a video tape showing a young man being shot 16 times by a police officer.  Since the release of this video many are left with many questions.....
