Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, director general of the World Trade Organization, says she is very happy to see a de-escalation of trade tensions between the U.S. and China as a decoupling of the two economies would be "devastating", and there needs to be difficult conversations around the dispute resolution mechanism and labels as part of the reform process.
