Mikael is a co-founder Collabaloop, a workforce engagement platform for the construction industry. His and Collabaloop’s vision is to be a leader in driving positive culture change within the industry. And as part of that commitment Mikael is an active member with initiatives such as improving female diversity in the sector as demonstrated by being a NAWIC male ally and mentor. Prior to commencing his start-up journey, Mikael has worked in the sector for 20+ years across a variety of quantity surveying and commercial roles including seniors leadership positions on recent successful mega projects. Mikael has a passion for life-long learning and recently graduated with an executive Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Complex Program Leadership and Strategic Procurement.
