Mike has been Chairman, President and CEO of Middlesex Savings Bank since 2016. He joined the Bank in 2014 as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Banking Officer after 28 years in commercial lending, primarily in the Massachusetts middle market. He has worked with hundreds of Massachusetts' companies, both private and public, helping them achieve their short and long-term business goals. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and earned an MBA in Finance from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management.

Mike is currently Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for MetroWest, Board member of the Massachusetts Bankers Association and a Board member of the Natick Center Cultural District. He had previously been a long-time Advisory Board member of Lazarus House, an emergency shelter and food pantry in Lawrence, MA.
