On this episode of the Beyond the Helmet we are joined by 9 year NFL player, 2x National Champ at Nebraska and current Head Coach of the Campbell University Camels, Mike Minter.

Mike Minter made a name for himself as a standout coming out of Oklahoma and cemented himself in history as part of Coach Tom Osborne’s championship Nebraska teams. He brought unparalleled toughness to the NFL where he played Safety for the Carolina Panthers for 9 years.

Minter became Coach Minter not very long after his playing days ended. He was a very successful high school coach for 3 years before trying out the college ranks and now he is preparing for year 7 with the Campbell Fighting Camels. Mike has instilled a culture with his team that lad seen incredible growth year after year and he expects that to continue.
