Mike Nicholson taught secondary school English in The UK for nearly two decades. During this time he worked as a mentor for many troubled boys and young men. These experiences prompted him to launch Progressive Masculinity in 2021: The program is Mike’s  effort to give young men the freedom and confidence to remove a stereotypical masculinity mask and, through open dialogue and practical activities, reconstruct a  healthier and more open-minded understanding of what it can mean to be  ‘a man’.
