Ms. Ambrosio was walking through Times Square around 1:30 p.m. Friday with friends after accompanying a pal to the Philippines Consulate in Midtown and having lunch before heading home, friends and family further told the post, She was trampled knocked over by a fleeing Jermaine Foster, a man deranged who already had broken into a home, then stolen another person cell phone a block away as he fled he ran into multiple people - til he collided with Ambrosio knocking her over with a thud so loud people across the street heard it.

A quick look at the full declaration and speech of the Philippine vice president and liberal party leader as she seeks to become president. Leni Robredo did in 2016 get more votes as vice president than all other contenders declared so far in the fight. Bit her failure so far to unite the opposition may lead to repat of the liberal party loss in 2016 where supported by a broad sector and largely ethnic chinese businessmen linked to the PRC Rody Duterte was able to win over a divided liberal party.

We talk to Efren P Deleon who owns and operates two businesses popular with Asian Americans from the Philippines, Amazing Grace, a resturant and backery as well as small grocery store near 69th and Roosevelt Ave in Woodside. Efren and his staff were among the very few Filipino businesses who remained open during the pandemic and served the community often helping in ways only a provider of food and spot to meet could amidst all the requirements and hardships. But his business has seen a rise in crime. A wave of it hitting near and around his business.
