Born and raised on a small South Dakota farm, Mike developed a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence from an early age. The youngest of six in a competitive household, he learned valuable life lessons, instilling a foundation for effective communication and teaching. With over two decades of experience, Mike founded Oster Consulting, a Human Resources and Labor Relations firm, after serving as a City Commissioner.

In his military career, Mike enlisted in the Army National Guard, rising to the rank of Brigadier General after 36 years of service. He completed the U.S. Army War College, deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, and earned numerous awards.

Beyond his military achievements, Mike is dedicated to motivational and educational seminars, emphasizing a passion for excellence.
