Been too long away from the Podcast. Easing back with a topic that started the Podcast out in the first place; meditation. My journey, my practice and the affects and impacts on my life. I think everyone can take something away from this... at least I hope so. 

Keeping up with technology these days can be overwhelming. There is an almost infinite amount of information coming at us all the time and "network connectivity" is not part of almost every part of our lives. The demand for technology and network requirements shifted dramatically during the pandemic when many/most shifted to remote work and learning. Jim Cyr and Dennis Masse from Connectivity Point Technology Solutions, join me on the Podcast to help make sense of what's out there and what to expect in the future. 

I've made tough decisions in my life. We all have made hard decisions and ultimately we have to live with our choices and be okay with them. I've made hard choices that go against societal norms. When the water is muddy with many feelings and opinions, I look within and follow my inner guidance.
