Salk says that felt more like the Seahawks we know. It wasn't perfect but it was a team with a lot of people who stepped up that can build a ton from here. Maura creates a Hawks vs. Lions "Buy/Sell" for Salk & Brady before addressing the 'Pete Carroll is too old' crowd. Salk argues the Seahawks haven't gotten a game changer up front since the Frank Clark trade and the debate turns back to draft picks. 

Salk is joined by Brady Henderson to discuss how the Seahawks can bounce-back in Detroit - specifically the offense. Brady believes 'effort' won't be a problem in week 2 and that the pass rush will improve. Brock joins from Ohio for Blue 88. 

Salk admits his take is unfair & too early since we haven't seen Devon Witherspoon in regular action yet, but seeing Jalen Carter play again really makes him wish he was a Seahawk. George Kirby set to take on the Dodgers and we revisit the Jerry Dipoto Show. 

We discuss what stood out from our conversation with Jerry Dipoto. Brock says this M's team is built to do whatever the game calls for in order to win, even more than last year's team. Salk says he can sense the excitement over what the M's have going on in the minors. Then, we dig into some of the comments on our Pete Carroll discussion yesterday.
