And so what I started to do was crashed together five different things. And the first thing is the disc assessment. So maybe people that are listening or watching have done the disc or Myers Briggs, or Emergenetics, or the Predictive Index or Enneagram. There's a lot of personality assessments that are out there.

So there's many that we could pull from, but the disc is important because it really focuses on our observable behavior. Now the second piece is what the company that I use is called the 12 driving forces. And it's really about these underlying motivators that we all have. So number one is disk it's our observable behavior. It's how we show up in the world.

But number two is our motivators, right? These kinds of subconscious things that guide our choices.

And now the third thing is our core values. And so there's a number of activities that I use with people to help them understand what their core values are and our society just really doesn't talk about values much in that way. So I'm glad that I have some resources that we'll talk about in a second that really do help with that, that help us understand what our core values are.

Now the fourth piece is a kind of a 10 question Q and A that I developed over the years, that really helps people to see some of the challenges and the hardships that they went through in their younger years and how they can then help others overcome those same challenges for themselves.

And in the fifth piece, and this is a hard one because we live in a pretty humble society, is that I really want people to talk about what their authority is, right? What their strengths are, the things that they're great at and the wins that they've had.

And so if we can find those five things and we can get those five things about a person, we can find some patterns across all five of those things. And then based on that material. We can now find a way to write the individual's personal mission statement, know what their top five or six core values are, come up with like a unique value or selling proposition for them as a person, and then design the right goals that help them accomplish those things. Right, that help them really exude that leadership brand out in the world.
