Mike T: Good day guys. This is Mike T., from Mike T Real Estate. Today, I’ve got a special guest; his name is Darren Standish from Adelaide, and he’s the business owner of Property Prosperity. Good day, Darren!

Darren: Hey, Mike, thanks for having me on your show. I really appreciate it.

Mike T: Thank you for coming on the show as well, too. I wanted to start off asking you about what exactly you do in your business? I know you've got a few businesses within your business. Can you tell our listeners what exactly you do and how you help people?

Darren: Yeah, thanks Mike.

Darren: Basically, I suppose my business has evolved over time. I didn’t really set out have a particular property business. It just happened. I used to be an accountant and I just sort of – I don’t know.

Darren: To be honest, I struggled sitting at a desk all day. It wasn’t really my thing. I tried to

In my business, we’ve grown very rapidly. I’ve been a Real Estate agent for the past 9 years. I opened up the franchise office 2 years ago. What I do in my business is to make other people feel valued, enjoy doing what they’re doing, and feel good about themselves.

• I’ve had a fairly normal family. The usually broken home, parents split up when I was 13years old and went off the rails for a little while. I ended up traveling around and studied psychology. It was the best thing I could have done. Then I went and travel the w

• I started Agent 4537 in Feb 2016. this year. My focus is in growing a team. I am a listing and selling

1:25 Can you share to us a little bit about your story? Your upbringing, positive and negative influences in your life, and your turning point in your life?

• I always loved Real Estate. Everything is quite new for me. I started when I was about 47years old. I started as a PA for a Real Estate agent. I started doing my own sales in 2013.

• I’ve done 29 sales and 22 listings. I have a support team of 2. I am pleased to say that I am dominating my area.

Mike: Good day Chris. I’m doing well.  How are you doing today?

Mike T: Can I start off by asking you Chris, what is it exactly you do in your business right now?

Chris: Sure. So, effectively, I’m a Buyer’s Agent and a renovator. And I guess it came about because I made a lot of money in property and retired at thirty-one. Everyone asked me how I did it, so I started teaching them. And then people said to me; “Aw, look; can you just do it all for me? So, whatever you buy for yourself, buy me one.” And that’s how the whole Buyer’s Agent thing started.

Chris: So, basically, I implement what I did for myself.
