Natalya Berdikyan is the founder and CEO of Life By Design Academy and Frontline Consulting, a firm that helps individuals and organizations grow to their full potential; beyond existing borders and boundaries.

She is originally from Moscow and has lived in the USA, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Germany. She has over 20 years of experience in building businesses in various sectors and geographies.

At age 16, she was an exchange student from Russia that studied in California. She lived with 4 families and attended 2 schools in 1 year. Today, she's a yoga practitioner, painter, and active traveler, experiencing life to its fullest potential!

Matt Ode was diagnosed with Stage 3 Testicular Cancer at the age of 24. He was then hospitalized in the Cleveland Clinic ICU for 53 days, forcing him into a 2 week coma, where he suffered complete kidney and liver failure and went into cardiac arrest.

He had an open abdominal wound from hip to hip and went from a healthy 185 pounds down to 110. Needless to say, he had to start his life over from rock bottom. Due in large part to his health & fitness background as a personal trainer, his strong mindset, faith, and an amazing support system, he is now weighing in at 200 lbs AND has been cancer free now for 4 YEARS!

He is on a mission to share his story so he can help individuals overcome adversity in their lives, discover their purpose and give them the courage and tools to go out and conquer their dreams.
