Mile High Hometown Unsung Hero, Dr. Simon Dove, the Man Behind the Mile High Shirt and whiskey, is the very special guest on this episode of The Mile High Podcast. Simon attended the very first Mile High Weekend and every Mile High since. He’s also the President of the Mile High Foundation.
At age 24, Dr. Simon Dove never thought his life’s direction would take such a drastic turn. An aspiring artist, he traveled to Padova, Italy to sell his art and live with his uncle, a chiropractor practicing Network Spinal Analysis. It was in Italy that Simon received his first training and was turned around professionally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Soon after returning from Italy, Dr. Dove entered Atlanta’s Life Chiropractic College (now Life University) in 1992. He began training at a basic-level intensive seminar with Dr. Donald Epstein, founder of NSA. Upon graduation from Life in 1997, Dr. Dove had completed both Intermediate and Advanced Intensive Seminars, as well as four Trans-formational Gates.
Yoga became an important role in Dr. Dove’s life, both inside and outside of NSA, and he developed a strong personal practice. From August 2003 to November 2004, Dr. Dove worked internationally within several yoga teaching workshops, where he wove his experiences of spinal health into the yogic disciplines. His objective was to develop a more in-depth connection between the healing modalities. His approach to yoga today reflects this fusion. Soon after leaving New York, Simon ran two wellness centers on the New Hampshire seacoast. Today, Dr. Dove is the happy owner and principal doctor at the Chiropractic Wellness Center in Fort Collins. He holds the highest level of NSA certification and is a certified SRI Wellness Educator.
In this episode, you’ll hear Dr. Simon talk about:
Simon and I even talked about the Beastie Boys. So, discover how Simon Dove is down with Mike D., enjoy the entire episode, and be sure you take some time to talk with Simon at Mile High XI in September. He’s a truly awesome man!

Two years ago, Robert Fitzgerald Kennedy (RFK) was running for president of the United States. He graciously agreed to be the opening keynote speaker on the first night of the Mile High Weekend.
Born to a political family, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is the nephew of America’s 35th President, John F. Kennedy, and the son of his Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy. Both of them lost their lives to the assassin’s bullet: JFK in 1963, and RFK, Sr. in the midst of his 1968 Presidential campaign. Rather than enter politics himself, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. carried on his family’s legacy of public service by devoting himself to environmental causes and children’s welfare. Kennedy has enjoyed legal victories in many milestone environmental battles over the past four decades in Latin America, Canada, and the United States.
Kennedy is also an award-winning writer whose articles have appeared many newspapers and magazines. Among his published books are two New York Times’ bestsellers: “Crimes Against Nature” (2005) and “The Real Anthony Fauci” (2021). He was born on January 17, 1954, in Washington, DC, and is the third of 11 children of the late Sen. Robert Kennedy and Ethel Kennedy, who recently celebrated her 95th birthday. He’s married to Cheryl Hines, a noted actress. The couple has seven children, including Kennedy’s six children from two previous marriages.
RFK is a supporter of chiropractic and of changing the paradigm of health care in America, particularly when it comes to stopping the use of vaccines and other pharmaceuticals that are causing harm rather than health in this country. He withdrew from the 2024 presidential race and gave his support to his opponent. If his opponent is elected, RFK will likely be appointed as a cabinet member to oversee a transition in America to natural health for children and adults, which will include moving to chiropractic care and other safe, healthy processes.
So, you’re going to thoroughly enjoy this replay of his Mile High presentation, where he speaks of his vision for the health of America and his support for the Chiropractic profession.

Dr. Spoelstra was one of the esteemed speakers at the recent Mile High weekend, and this podcast dives deep into her inspiring journey and groundbreaking work.
