Merry Christmas! For today's podcast it's based on the NBA and the NFL. For the NBA I will give my top 3 underrated and 1 overrated team from each conference and my predictions for the Christmas notable games. As for the NFL I give my predictions for week 17 notable games.

This is the 7th episode of the miles ahead podcast. For the NBA only segment I talked about the Thunder's drama. As for the NFL I talked about some more of this year's free agency and I also gave my reaction to Rob Gronkowski. Last but not least I gave a movie review on the Netflix hit What happened to Monday?

As for NFL i'll talk about Antonio Brown and which team won this trade. I'll also talk about some of the good deals that happened over the NFL free agency so far in the off-season.
