With each milestone you create a new definition of what's possible... Marc used to lovingly joke around with his kids who were all runners, "why would you run FOR FUN?" or "The only time you'll see me running is if a bear was chasing me." He just didn't think running was a possibility for him...Until his boss at work paid for him, and all of his fellow co-workers, to run a Spartan Race. Marc trained with his 3 younger kids and the 4 of them did the race together. This created a new definition of what was possible for him. He began setting and reaching new goals, all along becoming a healthier version of himself. This transformation changed Marc's life and the lives of his family.
