Esta semana decidí adquirir para mi emprendimiento varias cositas entre ellas, insumos, nuevas herramientas, pero lo más vital un carrito auxiliar para organizar todo de forma mejor en mi espacio de trabajo, aunque eh estado un tanto ausente por acá, claro que es un gusto estar y compartir cada paso y experiencia, he estado trabajando duro por esta meta que continúa y espero poco a poco acoplarme mejor a mi rutina de trabajo, para lograr tener un espacio para crear contenido acá más seguido como ante, como siempre agradecida con quienes me leen, comentan y comparte, sin más espero disfruten el video de hoy, feliz sábado.

Han pasado 7 años desde que emigre de mi querida Venezuela y siendo honesta desde entonces las navidades se habia visto opacas por los recuerdos de navidades pasadas junto a mi familia, sin embargo este año 2023 fue un año muy especial pues hubo una renovación de pensamiento en cuanto ver la vida y esto fue al poco tiempo de la llegada de mi segunda hija, que fue el 1 de enero de este año, comprendí que pese extrañar a mi familia de origen debo disfrutar mi presente y mas aun porque ya no somo solo mi pareja y yo... Sino que ahora somos una hermosa familia de 4 🥰 con metas propias materializadas y otras por cumplir, con mucho amor y todo esto es una bendición, asi que puedo decir que el año 2023 ha sido el mejor año desdé que emigramos incluso la mejor navidad tambien y aunque tenemos la certeza de que volveremos a reunirnos mas adelante con nuestras familias, no dejaremos que el presente se vea arruinado por la nostalgia pues hay tantos motivos por celebrar y disfrutar nuestro dia a dia asi que aqui un pequeños video de lo que fue nuestro recorrido por este grandioso año quien nos dejo tantos aprendizajes, gracias a todos por formar parte de este maravilloso viaje.

Cada mes es un regalo que la vida nos ofrece así como una oportunidad, pero sin duda depende de nosotros si lo tomamos o simplemente dejamos pasar esta oportunidad, Mayo para mí fue un mes de crecimiento personal, reflexión y salir de mi zona confort tanto en mi día a día como dentro de nuestra blockchein Hive blog ❤️‍🔥, uno de mis más recientes hábitos de bienestar es salir a la playa a caminar y ver el atardecer junto a mis hijas y amiga, sin duda estos mágicos momentos me ayudan a liberar la tensión de la semana y relajarme logrando ver las cosas desde una perspectiva distinta, otras de la cosas que me han generado bastante satisfacción es que me anime por primera vez salir de mi zona confort dentro de mi blog y crear así contenido audiovisual donde hablará trabajando mis inseguridades que hasta el momento no me han dejado crear contenido de este tipo, para mí sorpresa fui una de las ganadoras de este concurso, lo cual me confirma que lo único que uno pierde es el temor y las inseguridades y que cada día hay que retarnos a intentar algo nuevo y diferente a nuestra zona confort estoy bastante contenta con ese primer paso, así que estaré poco a poco creando y subiendo contenido audiovisual, ya que como todo sabemos debemos evolucionar, crecer y encontrar siempre una mejor versión así que por todo esto y más sólo queda decir gracias Mayo fuiste un mes increíble lleno de crecimiento personal, buenos momentos.

Desde que vi el concurso LIKETU me dije tienes que participar! Algo contradictorio en mi... porque aunque me he mostrado frente la cámara realizando rutinas de ejercicios algo que no suelo hacer es hablar frente a la cámara, digamos que siento que no se me da muy bien, sin embargo cuando inicie este año una de mis metas propuesta fue comenzar a crear contenido audiovisual donde hablará, así que este es ese primer paso 👣, no les negaré que por un momento considere no hacer el reto, pero haciendo introspección dije lo único que ser pierde es la vergüenza 🫣☺️ de hablar frente la cámara 📷😂 así que realice mi entrada, y siendo honesta siento sastifaccion al ver el resultado final, así que espero ir compartiendo más contenido audiovisual con ustedes en diversas comunidades.

Luego de un más de un año sin publicar rutinas de ejercicios y a 3 meses de post parto y 1 mes realizando ejercicios hipopresivos por fin está semana nuevamente retomó lo que son los ejercicios funcionales desde casa, cada cuerpo es un mundo y una realidad comparandome con mi yo del año pasado incluso estoy más delgada pero ¿que creen? Estoy más flácida mi porcentaje de grasa corporal aumento durante mi embarazo y la perdida de masa muscular también es notorio, en mi caso en particular suelo acumular grasa en la espalda y brazos, es por ello que me gusta trabajar mi tren superior, espero por ahora entrenar 3 veces por semana hasta adaptarme y así poco a poco aumenta intensidad en las rutinas como el peso, hoy la rutina fue destinada a trabajar hombros, bíceps y tríceps 3 ejercicios por zona muscular.

Feliz inicio de semana estimados amigos, hoy estoy feliz de estar compartiendo con todos una vez más, en esta ocasión mi inspiración fue la cultura Mexica mediante su característica catrina, así que hoy decidí maquillarme... así como salir de mi zona confort, hasta el momento eh realizado vídeos entorno a la manualidades y ejercicios pero maquillarme jamás y es que grabarme mientra me maquillo es para mí todo un desafío, así que lo primero que hice fue preparar el lugar donde me maquillaria y esperar que mi hija durmiera, lo gracioso es que a mitad de la sección de maquillaje se despertó 😱🤪 sin embargo conte con mi cuñada que la cuidara mientra yo terminaba, el resultado en lo personal me gustó mucho.

Por otro lado también me emocione, ya que tenía 2 semanas sin maquillarme ya que eh estado de reposo medico, gracias a Dios todo marcha bien con mi embarazo, por lo que hoy me dispuse a maquillarme y disfrutar el hecho de hacerlo así como realizar mi primer video de maquillaje.

Para complementar el maquillaje de Catrina realice unas pequeñas rosas con cartulina roja, esta es otra experiencia que ame realizar el día de hoy puesto que tenía mucho tiempo sin hacer alguna manualidad o mejor dicho algo que se le parezca así que fue grato ver el resultado sutil de las rosas que complementarian el maquillaje.

To complement the Catrina's makeup I made some small roses with red cardboard, this is another experience that I loved to do today since I had a long time without doing any craft or rather something that resembles it so it was nice to see the subtle result of the roses that would complement the makeup.

Una espalda libre de rollitos, es el sueño de muchas personas y si ese es tu caso al igual que el mío, esta rutina es ideal para atacarlos y eliminarlos definitivamente, para ejecutar esta rutina, vamos utilizar el peso de acuerdo a la resistencia personal de cada uno, esta rutina la puedes hacer estando de pie o sentado como en mi caso, sin importar que decidas recuerda siempre tener una postura correcta, un abdomen activo, y por último y no menos importante calentar ante de ejercitarnos y estirar al culminar la rutina, para ver resultados se recomienda realizar está rutina de 2 a 3 veces por semana.
