El Burrito Mercado opened in 1979, the dream of new immigrants and today is owned and run by second and third-generation family. Milissa Silva is the CEO and co-owner, along with her sister and niece. In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Milissa shares how the family business has weathered many ups and downs, including several this year, and what keeps her going.
