On Aug. 7, the National Guard is opening up a military commissary in Bethel to sell commodity goods to veterans and those serving in the military. Joining us this morning for “Coffee at KYUK" are KYUK’s Anna Rose MacArthur and Major General Torrence Saxe, the Adjutant General of the Alaska National Guard. They talk about the commissary program as well as Saxe's efforts to recruit new members from the region for the National Guard.
