I know I know, I've said that before but for serious, Millennial SHOUT is making a comeback and we're better than ever. The underdog always wins, right? It's so nice to be back, to be creating again, and to share. Share what's happening with this Millennial during the new year and time of life.

Loneliness is on the rise since COVID hit. It's even more heightened when you have depression. Today, I speak on loneliness and how I, too, am struggling hard with COVID loneliness. I also think sometimes depression can be seasonal or situational. With that, I share some crucial tips on how to go forward when it's emotionally dark and tough.
